Our palms are at Watra and ready to be delivered. For all of our customers with standing orders earlier this year we confirmed your palm orders with Watra Church Goods. Thank you very much for your orders!
Based on these confirmations we ordered, prepaid & received the raw palm product in early February from our grower in Florida. Watra brought in additional staff to clean, strip, bag and box the palms. They are being stored for you in refrigerated trailers on our premises ensuring that you receive the freshest possible palms. As a result we are prepared for Palm Sunday!
Due to the circumstances surrounding COVID-19, Watra Church Goods is working to relieve your concerns regarding the arrival of your palms.
The week prior to Palm Sunday Watra will process your orders in this fashion:
- If your order is being shipped via FedEx, our system will email your invoice with the tracking number. FedEx allows you to sign up for text and/or email updates on the status of your package. You can be instantly alerted to your delivery if you sign up for this option.
- If your order is being delivered by our drivers, we will contact you in advance of the delivery date.
- If you would like to change the ship to address of your order, kindly let us know and we will accommodate any address changes. Please make any ship to changes on or before March 18th.
