Open Ciborium #2792, Gold Plated Brass

This item belongs to the Artistic Silver Gothic Collection from Molina, which celebrates the style that marks the zenith of medieval art. The origins of the Gothic Style date to the middle of the twelfth century in Paris and the surrounding domains of the French Kings. Characterized by pointed arches, slender forms and stylized ornament, the gothic style represents a regal and otherworldly elegance.

This simple Gothic Open Ciborium is made in Gold Plated Brass with embossed ornamentation on the upper stem, node and collar of the cup. It is 4-3/8 inches high with a 6-3/4-inch diameter bowl that holds 375 Hosts.
