Covered Ciborium #2341, Gold Plated Brass

This item belongs to the Artistic Silver Florentine Collection, created by Molina to celebrate the designs of the early Italian Renaissance, which began in 15th-Century Florence from whence it spread throughout Christian Europe.

This remarkable Ciborium is made in Gold Plated Brass with a decorative motif of Grapes and Wheat and four Silver Angel Figurines mounted in the stem. The Chalice is 9-1/2 inches high with a 4-1/2-inch cup that holds 325 Hosts.
