Vintage Chalice & Parten #2332 "Tassilo"

This solid sterling silver Chalice & Paten with a 24K gold plated cup, is a replica of the famous 8th-century "Tassilo" Chalice & Paten, with champlevé enamel.

Running around the base is the Latin text: Per Ipsum et cum Ipso et in Ipso (Through Him with Him and in Him). The Chalice is 8 inches high and has a capacity of 20 oz. The Paten is 6-1/2 inches in diameter. This magnificent Chalice is still being made by the superb artisans of Luis Molina in Spain. It is "vintage" in the sense that it has been in our showroom for a number of years. The current price is $12,895.00; our asking price is $7,737.00.
