Vintage Cha.lice #CH005, Sterling Silver Cup

This "vintage" Chalice is designed in a style popular during the Liturgical Movement of the 1920s and '30s. It is fabricated of solid brass with a sterling silver cup. The cup and base have a beautiful hammered finish. The node is genuine onyx and on its base is gold cross with an image of Christ the King.It is 7-1/2 inch high; the cup 4-5/8 inches in diameter and 2-1/4 inches deep.It shows signs of gentle wear, consistent with having been on display for many years in our showroom. It is appraised at $3,500.00; our asking price is $2,495.00.
