Gluten free wafers are made using: filtered water, sweet rice flour, potato flour, organic palm fruit oil, potato starch, Cellulose & sunflower Lecithin.The baking of the gluten free wafers is done in a dedicated bakery using equipment that is also dedicated to gluten free baking and is not used for regular altar bread production.Communion wafers are packaged in boxes of 40.
